Quadrant is always seeking out the latest technologies to ensure that we continue to achieve the highest quality work possible for our clients across all areas, so when it came to filming Melbourne Homestead Eynesbury, we managed to find the perfect tool.
We contacted a CASA certified aerial photography company, who used the Cinestar 8 UAV to make sure Eynesbury was showcased at its finest. This amazing machine requires 2 operators as it flies solo through the air with an attached camera that films from above. Using this equipment in combination with regular helicopter aerials, we were able to get shots from much more challenging angles that will make a real difference to our quality of AV for this Villa World project. With a combination of good Melbourne weather and skillful operators, the day was a great success and this stunning master planned town really shone through in the footage.

Villa World Group’s latest development, First Light, Casuarina is already proving to be a massive success with 75% of stage one already sold. The newest family address comprises absolute beachfront homesites ranging from 715m2 to 950m2. Located at Casuarina Beach on the northern rivers of NSW, this beachfront land is very rare and offers the sought after modern coastal village lifestyle. It was Quadrant’s job to launch First Light to the public through a range of advertising mediums including TV, press ads, signage and print and judging by the success of stage one, these homesites are not going to be available for much longer!

With Quadrant Creative CEO, Tony Scott being a co-founder of the Gold Coast MOB program, the agency has been a massive supporter since day 1 and continues to assist in raising awareness of the program in the community. Quadrant Creative members prepared their finest lycra pieces for the Family Fun Day Spin-athon held at the Oracle building in Broadbeach last Saturday, the 15th of June. Here, we battled it out with numerous other Gold Coast businesses on the bikes to raise money for this worthy cause. The day was not only great exposure for the program, but also an exciting event that everyone came and got involved in. There was plenty happening on the day with Sam and Jess and Richard and Amber from The Biggest Loser joining in the fun, along with a host of sporting stars. Overall, the day was a huge success, raising funds and awareness for this much needed program, and a lot of fun was had by all in the process!

May was the perfect opportunity for us to live up to our name with an even larger creative role than normal to play in the design process for contemporary new Burleigh hangout, Café Urbia. The Rayjon Group are no strangers to our work and set the task of developing a theme and image for their new Burleigh project that would work successfully. With the extra creative juices flowing in the building, the Quadrant team came up with a fresh and ultra modern concept they felt would really work in the precinct and Rayjon were on board!
Café Urbia was immediately underway and in it’s short existence has managed to become a talked about venue on the Coast with it’s wide appeal as a lunch and dinner go-to for nearby workers, as well as being an ideal venue for an intimate drink with friends. The spot is already famous for it’s world class pizzas!

Quadrant Creative have been working with property groups Mulpha Australia and FKP to introduce Mulgoa Rise, a prestige living village located on Bradley Street in Mulgoa (just outside Penrith) consisting of a collection of brand new creations from some of the region’s most sought after builders. The Mulgoa Grand Opening Street Party was a fun filled family day out with a free BBQ, coffee and entertainment, rides for the kids, an animal farm, live music, market stalls and food and wine tasting.
The event was a great success enjoyed by all and the perfect opportunity to introduce the new stage of land, which we’re sure will bring more exciting developments to the area. Two lucky visitors at the opening even won the grand prize of a trip to Hayman Island!

March saw Quadrant with the task of producing a lifestyle photoshoot that would serve as the new collection of campaign photos for the Little Creek community in Gladstone. Due to the lack of decent weather we experienced earlier in the year, the photoshoot was rescheduled a number of times causing some concern around the office regarding the time left available to obtain the shots. It was pot luck that the three days chosen in the end turned out being perfect for the shoot and we were able to capture the community at it's finest with the inclusion of some much appreciated sunlight!
As a result of the successful shoot, Quadrant has been able to launch the new campaign to promote the premier parkland community at it's best.
The finished product!

Renowned property group from Singapore, Ho Bee have enlisted Quadrant Creative as the advertising agency to take on the task of developing marketing and branding concepts for their new Surfers Paradise development site, which is set to become a contemporary residential high rise. Located in the Gold Coast’s tourism hub, the development is conveniently located on the future light rail route meaning local transport will be easily accessible for residents. The block of land bought by Ho Bee was previously the Red Rooster restaurant at Narrowneck, located just one street back from the beach offering the ideal location for a development like this. The announcement marks a positive turn for the Gold Coast economy, as it is the first significant high rise approval since the GFC.
